North Concord BART -- All Parkers Who Park Inconsiderately, i.e., Going Over the Parking Line Should Be Cited
There are very few mid-day parking spaces at North Concord BART. I got there right at 10:00 a.m. and there were only a few spots left and I couldn't believe how many parkers with large vehicles are going over into the spot next to them when they could have parked a little bit better and stayed within their lines. Until the developments are done, there is still plenty of parking in the far lot so if they want to take up two spaces or park crooked they should go out there. This type of parking should not be tolerated in Mid-Day. Cite the creeps. It also seems like alot of people must be parking in there before 10:00 a.m. and not getting cited.

Some of the parking spots
Some of the parking spots actually say "compact car" and the next thing you know, some guy pulls into the small slot with his huge Ford F150 truck. He actually blocks both spaces on either side of him.
CSOs can cite for being
CSOs can cite for being outside a marked stall. If the car has taken up enough of the stall next to it to where another car can't get in, we cite it. If it hasn't been cited, call and let us know. There's no reason for people to take more than one space, especially since parking is limited at some stations.

i drive a minivan, and when
i drive a minivan, and when i park at bart, i make sure i take a spot that has nothing next to it... Often I park on end spaces that have the curved yellow "no obstruction lines" and sometimes i admit i leave my tire on the line so the person next to me can easily get into there spot, my huge car shouldnt impose itself on other people... Im sure I could be cited for having my wheels a tiny bit on these yellow lines, but i dont wanna creep into the other spot.....

I was there about 10:20 and there was plenty of parking. Of course they were in the back part of the lot and I completely understand not wanting to make the walk (When they made the parking lot they sure made it big but they didn't make it safe to walk on).
I have also noticed the larger car/truck/suv's talking up more then they should, in fact I was able to get a parking spot on the top deck the other day because of two trucks that were making the empty space very uninviting. It was the first time I was happy to have a small car.
I don't understand why you
I don't understand why you don't just smash their window in or something. Kick their car door...anything.
I remeber one time at the concord station when I pulled in to go to work and there was this truck sticking out so far no cars could get by on that row. When I came home the truck was still there but there was a brick thrown through the windshield and what looked like shit smeared all over the doors. I had to laugh.
Vigilante justice works
Vigilante justice works better than police justice..
All the police would have done was give a token $25 ticket.. Big whoop. For them to tow, it needs to be blocking the lane completely or abandoned for a week or more...
I remember seeing a nice mustang with some brown something (peanut butter, poo)on the inside of the door handle that was double parked at North Concord.
Commit a crime because
Commit a crime because someone is parked wrong.... And we wonder why the world is the way it is?
We should prolly watch
