Customer Service

I often think that BART employees forget they serve the public. I was a little upset to hear and see how a station agent was dealing with an elderly patron this morning. He and what appeared to be his wife, along with another elderly couple, were obviously attempting to buy a ticket, but must have ben confused about how the vending machines took cash. Now, there were absolutely no other people around except for me, and she was talking to the old guy (with quite some attitude) using that damn microphone/speaker; not only was it a bit garbled, but it was loud. I have seen many agents with pleasant attitudes, and this old dude was obviously confused and needed assistance, but instead she was going on with "I just told you......" type of responses.

I honestly didn't see and hear the whole conversation, but this agent has issues anyway; I should call and complain.

very good point. i once stood in a checkout line at safeway for about 15 minutes because some elderly douchebag was giving the checker the HARDEST time. "can you weigh those apples again?...this time, without the bag" he literally said that. what kind of asswipe does that?

Customer Service gets my

Customer Service gets my $1.29 vs. the guy who is so rude, he gets a smack across the face or cursed out. Who wants to deal with bad customer service? Some agents are obviously getting a paycheck and not customer orientated.
