Bart wi fi delayed

Just read an examiner article about this. Bert hasn't signed the contract, so the company profiding the wi fi can't get funding because investors want to see a signed contract. Delays by bart might prove really costly, because the longer they wait to sign, the shittier credit markets are becoming and the providers access to financing is going down the tubes by the minute.

But the biggest shocker from the whole article: wi fi service only works at under 65 mph. Correct me if I am wrong, but don't trains go much faster than that thru the transbay tube and other long stretches? So this means what? We'll get wi fi when stopped at stations or during suicide delays only?
