stupid, stupid, stupid

I am so sick of these things between bart managements and union workers. Managements blame workers, workers blame management. Same old thing every time when union contract is up.

If the managements are so bad, why workers still working under them. Why don't you go find another job. And same for the managements, if these workers are so hard to manage, why don't you go be a manager somewhere else. Simple as that. At the end, all this blaming thing not only hurt management and workers, but also bart image. It basically shows to the public that both bart management and workers are not worth the money. I am sure that's not ture otherwise bart trains would not run as smooth as it is today. So just please get this over with. Afterall we, the riders, are the ones who suffer by paying higher fares and crappier services.
