Customer Service AssholesWhy do you choose to work in customer service and then act like a complete asshole when people who are really trying to get your help and need your assistance cannot even get a small amount of kindness from you? Deborah in the Montgomery Station Kiosk was a complete jerk and really displayed her lack of enthusiasm for helping complete strangers. Meanwhile she is probably pocketing my tax dollars and being paid to treat me like a pile of white shit. |

Why bother trying to be good at your job when your performance doesn't matter? She probably makes more money being an a-hole to you than you do at your job.

Almost the same thing
Almost the same thing happened to me today at the Civic Center station. This woman I forgot who her name is, gave me no direct facial contact. I asked her where I could exchange my tickets and she just pointed in some random direction, I asked her again and still the same bogus answer. Then when i finally found the correct booth I had to get my ticket stamped, over back i went to this rude bart employee and when i asked her to stamp my ticket she said i was giving her attitude. Like WTF woman? I'm trying to get help and your telling me I have an attitude. These BART employees get paid to be lazy, its the truth, they dont care whether your the president or not. They will treat you like a walking piece of garbage.

There are plenty of Bart employees that like their jobs and are very helpful you should also send a comment card in on the ones that are helpful.
Use the comment cards for anything that you see that is in disarray.
A comment here and does nothing to fix the problem, if there is one. I used to keep the comment card in my bag. A supervisor or manager will usually call you back.

That woman's first name is "Marie", I bet she has dark brownish/black hair, and she works as a station agent in the mornings at Civic Center. She is a complete and utterly hostile and really mean person who is abusing her position to inflict as much pain and misery on those folks who offend her by asking her for any help at all.
I'm going to post a new topic, it's going to be about how "marie" almost got me arrested today at the Civic Center BART station.

"marie" Cannot just get you arrested.. You would actually have to commit a legitimate crime, if she does arrest you and you did not commit a crime then you would have her for false arrest.
If you did commit a crime, then she should do her civic duty and report it. As it is there are too many lowlife people out there that won't report crimes. Let a judge be the judge.
