Station Agent Training
Just curious what the training process is like. How long does it last and do they take u out to a station, or is most of the training done in a classroom? are there multiple tests along the way?

It's tough There is one new
It's tough
There is one new exam every week. A passing score of 75% is needed or you leave the class, no second chances
Then you have two checkouts. One after 4 weeks and one after 10 weeks. A passing score of 85% is needed in order to pass. Class lasts around 12 weeks. You get to visit a lot of different stations and you will spend two weeks doing OJT at various stations and doing different shifts, one opening and one closing.
You pretty much have to giver up your life for the length of the entire course. forget the gym, clubs etc, etc.
And then at the very end, three days beofre you finish the class, you have JEC board, where you are asked numerous questions by supervisors. Fail that, and you are out!!! Even after passing all yopur exams you can still be terminated. A lot of people fail the classes, there's alot of pressure on you from day 1.
