State of the District
Well a new GM for nearly a year now and from my view point, the District is better off. She might be abrupt and decisive, but give her credit, it is a tough environment to waltz into.
I think dismissal of some of the left overs (some of the executive officers) of the former Jack and Coke and Camels reign would be appropriate. I mean really folks, what corportation or public entity with a pubic hair of integrity would have the Nos 2 and 3 doing the pogo stick.....lather up baby.....................please..................time for that tired act to get the hook. Toss in that fat ass Lucky Strike smoking PR woman and we are headed to some progress for the future....................

The District might be better
The District might be better off but BART is falling apart, evening service has not been restored, after midnight service is needed, customer service is poor, parking is poor, train cleanliness and safety is poor. You can't tell me I'm safe on a train that sways so violently from side to side in the tube that I can't even read, I have to hold on.
Only fares raised and more AND MORE delays due to track problems and failing cars. BART smart? I think not.
PISS POOR MANAGEMENT OF delays and emergencies.
PISS POOR POLICE SUPPORT during delays and emergencies.
BART IS JUST PISS POOR BECAUSE IT IS A SHAME TRAIN FULL OF PISS, POO, BARF, and GUM AND BUMS.
