Bart hiring unfair
BART and the Board of Directors needs to closely examine and investigate the nepotism and favoritism on how recruiting is done. How can BART allow family members to hire directly in the same department as a report? Systems Maintenance, Mr. Williams has provided his daughter Kela Parris with all the resources to be hired on to BART. She was originally a temporary employee throught the temporary agency. After that time expired, she was then hired on as a Consultant for the Systems Maintenance. The managers in this department has made in extremely easy for her to be hired on, and making it unfair to other potential candidates. She should not be allowed to be hired in the same department under her father. BART's hiring practices are truly UNFAIR!!
